As the new, interim, part-time Executive Director of Mt. Healthy Alliance, I am learning so much about the kindness and caring that are the heart of the Alliance. I am so thankful to Kathy Lorenz, Jim Spicer, and Trudy Noffsinger, among others who have been very helpful as I learn about the organization and the community.

I’m excited about the future! We are working to develop a program

to serve children in our community. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting with the Superintendent of Mt. Healthy City Schools as well as the principals from the elementary schools as we seek to identify the needs and how to meet those for our children. I am enjoying getting to know our community leaders through the planning process.

I have been amazed at all the great things that happen at the Food Pantry. From words of encouragement to the endless tasks done by Kathy and the dedicated crew of volunteers, we all thank you!
